Sliders

A few weeks ago Tony and I went to Red Robin because we were craving sliders (we had seen them being made on the food network earlier that week).  When we got there we searched the menu and guess what?  They weren't there!  They were taken off the menu and we were so bummed.  We decided to make them at home...

Sliders

(this isn't really a recipe, just an idea.  Add whatever seasonings/toppings you like for your burgers)

Ingredients
4 dinner rolls (rhodes rolls are what I use and love for this)
1/2 lb ground beef
worchestershire
seasoned salt
onion, sliced
mayo
bbq sauce
pickle (optional)
cheese (optional)

Form 4 small & thick patties out of the hamburger.  Sprinkle with season salt.
Over med high heat cook the burgers and sliced onion.  Drizzle worchestershire & a little seasoned salt over the onion for extra flavor.
Cook until meat is how you like and the onions are soft.
Split rolls in half and put the burgers and onion inside.
Mix a little bit of bbq sauce and mayo together in a small bowl.  Spread on roll.

*serves 2
